Quiet, calm area, 10 minutes walk to the sea. The owner of the house is a wonderful person, he was always in touch and gave complete information. Everything in the house is clean and cozy. Upon arrival, a pleasant surprise awaited us in the form of wine, fruit and a minimum set of food for the first time.

I liked everything. The owner is a very good person, a good-natured host. Always in touch, ready to help and solve all problems. He told me about all the sights. There were 5 of us. Children 6,11 and 18 years old, parents We lived on the second floor, the apartment was clean, with good furniture and utensils. There are all household appliances, The beds are comfortable, the towels are clean. There is a barbecue, a gazebo and a balcony If possible, we will definitely come back!!!

We vacationed as a family with two children in July. The house is very comfortable, there is everything you need down to the smallest detail. I would especially like to note this location, a calm walk to the sea in less than 5 minutes through the well-kept grounds of a beautiful hotel. After swimming, you can use the shower on the beach and change clothes. Thank you very much to Vakhtang and his wife for the warm welcome and hospitality!!! We took into account all wishes and answered all questions in advance. Since the house is located near Ureki, there was practically no one on the beach, which is undoubtedly a huge plus compared to the beaches of Kobuleti or Ureki. In the evening you can quickly get to any location by car, everything is close to the market, parks, shops. The house has a barbecue area for cooking. Large veranda for family dinners. We recommend this holiday home!
